We accept returns from our online clients from overseas within 48 hours from the time they received it. We will not accept any returns from the clients who purchased gemstones directly from our office in Sri Lanka after physically inspecting the gems themselves. To be eligible for return, the client should send us a notice with a valid reason supported with proper evidence/evidences to [email protected] within 24 hours from the time they received the package and should get a Return Authorization. Reasons without any justifications will not be considered.
Gem(s) must be in their original, unused condition. The purchased gemstone should not be modified in any ways. The modified gemstones will not be accepted under any condition. The modification includes,
• The clients should return the gemstones in the original packaging (sealed box containing documentations, the laboratory reports (if requested) and gemstones) with a printed receipt or proof of purchase. In the absence, of any of these items, you are not eligible for the 100% Money Back Guarantee. However, you may still be eligible for a full or Partial Replacement. Please contact our customer support team [email protected], with your exact scenario, so that we may assist you. Strictly we will not take any responsibilities in case of damages or losses during the return transit. Therefore it is highly recommended to take a proper export policy to return the package.
Once we receive the returned package, we will immediately send the gemstones to the relevant laboratories for the inspection and in the meantime we will notify the respective client and update the status of the laboratory inspection once they are revealed.
If the laboratory confirmed that gemstones have been returned without modifications, our clients can either reclaim their money into their account (or PayPal) or use that money to buy other gemstones from us. All the commissions, taxes and other charges incurred for the purchase will not be included in the refund.
If the laboratory inspection note is negative, payment will not be refunded and furthermore, our clients must pay for the export in case they need those gemstones back.
